The hotel has 8 standard, 5 twin, 1 single, and 2 quad rooms (with 4 twin beds). The rooms can replace each other when it comes to accommodating the guests. The hotel is located in the walled inner part of Khiva - “Itchan Kala”, which is known to the world as a museum under the open sky. The hotel rooms, accommodating up to 19 people at the same time, come equipped with free Wi-Fi and all the usual amenities required for a comfortable and restful stay. The hotel is a one-storey building with an outdoor terrace and topchan where the guests can chill out during their stay.

They served us a good vegan breakfast upon request. They also arranged for us to have an evening meal of a local specialty called shivit ash (green noodles). We went in February, but the room was warm. The owner arranged for a great full day tour of the castles of Khorezm.

Great location, quiet corner if the Ichi Qala, easy walk to everything. I had the place to myself, which was incredible. The owner and his wife treated me royally, including helping me get a personal driver to Bukhara that includes a visit to 4 desert fortresses in the Khorezm Province.

The hotel is located inside of the old town, nest to one of the gates. So you can go out to the city easily or can stroll inside the old town.
